The base period cooperative agreement offers approximately $479,752.50 for the initial 12-month performance period, with an established CESU indirect rate of 17.5%, and up to five optional 12-month follow-on periods available based on funding availability. Required travel includes twice-annual trips to Washington DC and one annual trip to San Antonio, Texas, with recipients required to submit quarterly progress reports, annual inventories, and annual reports on specified schedules.
