The Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families is soliciting applications for a cooperative agreement to fund training and technical assistance (TTA) for states, territories, and CSBG-eligible entities, with applications due August 24, 2026.
Eligible applicants include CSBG-eligible entities or statewide and local organizations with demonstrated expertise in training on methods for addressing low-income family and community needs. Individuals, federal entities, and foreign entities are ineligible. No cost sharing is required.
This is a single-award cooperative agreement totaling $600,000 for the first budget period, with a three-year project period consisting of three one-year budget periods. The expected project start date is September 30, 2026.

The recipient must develop and disseminate TTA tools and resources across the CSBG network, conduct planned and ad hoc training, engage subject matter experts and strategic partners, and submit semi-annual and final performance progress reports.
