Synopsis

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to ensure that customs and border officers possess the knowledge, skills, and tools that enable them to effectively detect and investigate illicit smuggling and customs fraud, particularly for critical minerals.
