Synopsis

BLMâ¿¿s Plant Conservation Program supports native plant material development for landscape and habitat restoration for all BLM lands, especially priority habitat in the Great Basin (OR, ID, NV, WA, UT). Additionally, BLM holds the chair of the Plant Conservation Allianceâ¿¿s Federal Committee, which is implementing the interagency National Seed Strategy for Rehabilitation and Restoration. The National Seed Strategy calls for Federal and non-Federal partners to promote the development, production, and use of native plants in restoration projects across the country.
