Synopsis
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service anticipates awarding up to $48,000 for one study. The anticipated start date for the study would be January 5, 2016 and the project period would be through October 31, 2016. Funding would be provided through a grant agreement. The Service intends to issue this as a sole source award due to the unique qualifications of the applicant. A study to assess contributing areas of groundwater seepage springs located at two sites in Washington D.C. and one site in Montgomery County, Maryland, where there are federally listed and candidate species of amphipods (Stygobromus sp).
