About this opportunity
The Department of State's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement is seeking unsolicited concept notes from 501(c)(3) nonprofits for projects related to small arms and light weapons destruction, humanitarian demining, explosive ordnance disposal, and victims' assistance programs. Eligible organizations must submit concept notes by May 1, 2024 for evaluation. The Bureau intends to reduce threats to civilian security from at-risk, illicitly proliferated, and indiscriminately used conventional weapons through this cooperative agreement.

Potential recipients can expect to perform weapons destruction, demining, and victim assistance services internationally with this federal funding opportunity.
