Forecast text

Solicitation will be posted on sam.gov, set-aside or full and open to be determined. a 12-month base with 4 12-month option period contract(s) are contemplated. The purpose of this requirement is to provide future and as needed, scheduled, direct, non-stop air flights from Honolulu, Hawaii (HI) to the U.S. Territory of Guam (GU) and from HI to American Samoa (AS). These flights will transport designated federal responders (identified by FEMA), their carry-on and checked luggage, as well as canines supporting the response mission. Federal responders will deliver disaster relief support to Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and American Samoa as part of post-disaster response operations. FEMA will request flights to depart as soon as possible following the impact of a typhoon or other severe weather events affecting GU, CNMI, or AS, weather permitting. Because these flights are critical to FEMA’s disaster response efforts, it is essential that all scheduled flights depart on time to ensure federal responders arrive promptly to perform their assigned emergency support functions.
