About this forecast

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is forecasting procurement of Sig Sauer Romeo 4T optics to be installed on existing shotguns in support of Homeland Security Investigations (H.S.I.) and Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) field and training activities. The solicitation is expected to release on January 30, 2026, with an anticipated award date of February 27, 2026. This is a small business set-aside opportunity under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) vehicle with firm fixed-price contract terms.

The estimated award value ranges from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000, with the period of performance estimated from February 27, 2026 through May 26, 2026. The place of performance is Fort Benning, Georgia. Primary points of contact include Audie Person (audie.j.person@ice.dhs.gov, (407) 440-5314) and Tony Ross, Contracting Officer (tony.ross@ice.dhs.gov, (202) 253-1757), both with ICE's Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs.

This recompete follows the existing Blanket Purchase Agreement 70CMSW22A00000001 awarded to Sig Sauer Inc. on July 20, 2022. The original BPA, valued at $24,000,000, procures P320 9mm optic-ready duty and training pistols, optics, parts, and engraving services for ICE's Office of Training and Tactical Program. The incumbent contract has generated multiple task orders exceeding $2,000,000 in total value for the delivery of tactical sights, optics, and related small arms accessories to support ICE law enforcement and training operations.
