Forecast text
This procurement supports the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Chief Operations Support and Chief Financial Officer.
Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is responsible for ensuring property is properly accounted for in CISA’s financial statements and for the timely and accurate financial reporting of transactions across multiple non-integrated systems, specifically Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) (financial ledger), PRISM (acquisition), Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)(property management system), and WebView(payment management) to DHS for consolidation in the Agency-wide financial statements and supporting footnotes.
The Office of the Chief Operations Support Officer (OCOSO) is charged with integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating the availability of material resources (personal and real property) to optimize performance and enable mission success. OCOSO uses inventory data and utilization metrics to achieve the right size, right cost, and right condition of the property portfolio to meet CISA requirements.
The contractor shall support OCFO and OCOSO efforts to remediate findings identified during the annual financial statement audit as well as standardize the property, plant, and equipment business process across the Agency. CISA OCFO must design, document, implement, and monitor financial controls and processes for property identification, recognition, and recording.
