This task order will be the primary vehicle to obtain professional IT architectural, systems development, and systems support services to continue the transformation of data from the USCIS transactional systems into a state-of-the-art enterprise data warehouse and associated operational and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities. The development scope of the program involves transforming agency-wide analytical capabilities and enhancing the agency's ability to use its large data pool for decision-making and operational improvement; any USCIS, DHS, or external federal agency system can become a source of data for DBIS, if dictated by the mission. This supports the Standard Tool CPIC program.
