About this forecast
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units through a delivery/task order under the SEWP V government-wide acquisition contract. The procurement will support IT software and infrastructure requirements on a bureau-wide basis, with a firm fixed-price structure and a performance period consisting of a base contract plus four option periods. The solicitation is estimated to be released on April 1, 2025, with an anticipated award date of July 1, 2025.
The estimated award value ranges from $350,001 to $375,000 for this recompetition effort. The work will be performed in Washington, DC, and potential contractors should contact the FBI's Contracting Officer, Meredith K. Mcie (mkmcie@fbi.gov), or Marcia Denise Kirkpatrick (mdkirkpatrick@fbi.gov) for additional information.
This recompeted delivery order is based on the existing contract awarded to Sterling Computers Corporation under SEWP V (Contract Number NNG15SC49B), a multiple-award GWAC managed by NASA with a $20 billion ceiling value. Sterling Computers Corporation, a certified woman-owned small business, has been supporting FBI IT requirements through various delivery orders covering hardware, software, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services. The current CRAC maintenance recompetition represents an opportunity to continue or transition this critical facility infrastructure support service.
