About this forecast

The U.S. Coast Guard seeks to procure continued Verizon circuit service and support for 350 circuits that deliver critical network connectivity to legacy Coast Guard infrastructure. The circuits support multiple mission-critical systems including CGONE (Enterprise-wide WAN connectivity), Rescue 21 (marine search and rescue communication), Vessel Traffic Service (marine traffic monitoring), and Communication System Network (maritime safety broadcasts and distress monitoring). The solicitation is estimated to release on January 28, 2026, with an anticipated award date of March 1, 2026.

The estimated award value ranges from $20 million to $50 million under a Firm Fixed Price contract type. The requirement encompasses support for 350 circuits with a performance period estimated through February 29, 2028. The place of performance is Alexandria, Virginia. Leslie Lee, Coast Guard Contract Specialist, serves as the primary point of contact at leslie.d.lee2@uscg.mil or (703) 417-5576, with Tanika Posey available as the SBS Coordinator at tanika.l.posey@uscg.mil or (703) 417-5568.

This recompete follows the existing Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) master contract GS00Q17NSD3009, a $50 billion multiple-award IDIQ established July 31, 2017, under which Verizon Business Network Services LLC has been a primary awardee. Verizon has executed numerous delivery orders under the EIS vehicle totaling hundreds of millions of dollars for telecommunications services including Ethernet transport, virtual private networks, managed network services, and voice and data circuits across federal agencies. The current task order represents a follow-on award to continue Verizon's existing circuit service delivery supporting Coast Guard operations.
