The USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate, Immigrant Investor Program Office, has a requirement to procure access to the Sayari graph analyst platform to support fraud detection, national security, and public safety screening and investigative activities. The platform will assist FDNS personnel in identifying, analyzing, and documenting connections among individuals, businesses, corporate entities, trade activity, and related ownership structures.
Sayari graph analyst aggregates corporate, trade, and risk-relevant data from more than 250 jurisdictions and provides network analysis capabilities to help identify relationships, ownership interests, affiliations, and other links that may not be readily apparent through standard research methods. These capabilities support FDNS efforts to detect fraud indicators, assess potential public safety concerns, and identify national security-related risks associated with USCIS adjudicative and investigative workloads.
The tool is currently used by other Department of Homeland Security components, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Secret Service, demonstrating its applicability to DHS mission environments.
