Forecast text
This is a recompete for the existing CAPSIS support contract. This contract provides information technology (IT), software development, and business functional support associated with the operations, maintenance, enhancement, maturation, and data population of the DHS OCRSO CAPSIS and other systems and capabilities intertwined and integrated with this system. CAPSIS is an Oracle data warehouse that uses multiple visualization and analytical technologies available, including Tableau, ArcGIS, PowerBI, Oracle and Informatica. CAPSIS has multiple sub-applications, referred to as modules. The three primary modules, which are tightly integrated, are the Real Property Data Warehouse (RPDW), Asset Management Data Warehouse (AMDW), and Sustainability Performance Management System (SPM). These three modules are dedicated to DHS-wide Real Property (Buildings, land and structures), Personal Property and Mobile Assets (aviation, marine, and land vehicles and fuels), and Energy and Sustainability performance, respectively. CAPSIS and its subsystems provide data storage, reporting, and analytical processing capabilities that support consolidated federal reporting, policy oversight and analysis, asset management performance monitoring and decision-making, and continuity-of-operations and situational awareness reporting surrounding the Department’s enterprise-wide property inventories.
