The contract will run firm-fixed-price from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.

The estimated award value ranges from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Performance takes place at Air Station Kodiak, Alaska. Robbin Kessler, Senior Field Contracting Officer, serves as the primary point of contact at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil or (571) 613-4264.

The originating solicitation for the prior award contemplated a broader $15 million not-to-exceed contract vehicle structure with one base year and four one-year options.

Forecast text

Due to Air station Kodiak’s high operations tempo across two airframes, pair with a high deployment frequency, the Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) shop requires a full time contractor to supplement the Aviation Survival Technicians normally responsible for the routine maintenance of ALSE. The contractor is required to be self sufficient and thoroughly familiar with the care and maintenance of all Coast Guard Aviation Survival Equipment.
