Update #11 · Latest ·

BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

Correct a typo in block 11 of the SF30 for Amendment 0007. The "HOUR & DATE for Receipt of Offers is EXTENDED to:" stated the revised time/date of the bid opening was extended to 2:00 PM, 01/19/2022, which did not match the date provided on page 2, Block 14 Continuation Page. Block 11 has been updated to reflect the correct time of the bid opening, 10:00 AM EST on 01/19/2022 is the official time/date of the bid opening.

Update #10 ·

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

Incorporate Drawings dated 10/28/2021. These are the most up-to-date drawings and are to be used in conjunction with the drawings provided in Addendum s 01 and 02, which were incorporated in Amendments 0002 and 0004.

The Bid Opening date is hereby extended by seven (7) calendar days, from 10:00 AM EST on 01/12/2022 to 10:00 AM EST on 1/19/2022.

Update #9 ·

The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate a revised Bid Schedule and provide further clarification to the response provided in Amendment 0005 in reference to the drawings. The bid opening date remains unchanged and will be conducted on 12 January 2022 at 10:00 AM EST.

Update #8 ·

BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

Incorporate a revised Bid Schedule. Bid Alternates 1 and 2 were duplicates on the original Bid Schedule but shouldn t have been, the revised Bid Schedule revises Bid Alternate 1 with the correct information.

Provide further clarification to the response provided in Amendment 0005 in reference to the drawings. Please take all of the following into consideration when providing a bid.

In Amendment 0001 the A&E CD Drawings were incorporated at the request of interested vendors because the original version was the incorrect format.

Amendment 0002 incorporated Addendum 01 which amended the original Drawings in reference to integrating door access controls in the existing system.

Amendment 0004 supplemented and amended the original drawings to revise S101, which added a note for shafts to be tested for gas before entering on the typical canopy column and remove the drilled pier detail.

The bid opening date remains unchanged and will be conducted on 12 January 2022 at 10:00 AM EST.

Update #7 ·

BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1) Extend the Bid Opening due date by five (5) calendar days, from 7 January 2022 at 10:00 AM EST to 12 January 2022 at 10:00 AM EST.

2) Provide answers to follow-up RFI questions for clarification of the RFI answers provided in Amendment 0004 concerning updated drawing and specifications. See the following:

Q1: It still appears that Sheet A311 is missing. Was it/Will it be sent separately?

A1: The information from sheet A311 is located on page 14 of 23 of the updated drawings provided in Amendment 0004.

Q2: The answer to Question 6 references drawings and specs dated 10/28/2021, see below. The latest complete drawing/spec set I see on file is from Amendment 001, shown as 100% Construction Documents , dated 07/30/2021 with no revisions noted. This is where the question 6 was generated. The latest complete specification I see is dated July 13, 2021. Was there a complete drawing/spec set issued sometime after Amendment 001?

A2: This confusion stems from the placement of the date for the updated drawings. There are 3 pages (pages 3, 10 and 14) in the updated drawings provided in Amendment 0004 that are dated 10/28/2021. The issue date was not changed, the date remained 07/30/2021, but if you look at the left hand side of the referenced pages you will find the date 10/28/2021. These are the updated drawings we referenced in Amendment 0004. Also, the answer provided to RFI #6 did state specs dated 10/28/2021 were included. The specs in question were provided as part of the Addendum 2 attachment of Amendment 0004, but the spec sheet itself does not clearly reflect this date.

Q3: The most updated Drawings and Specifications have not been uploaded to Sam.Gov. Amendment 4 RFI Question 6 states The incorrect drawings were sent out to bid. The drawings and specs that should be disseminated for bidding are called 539-21-211 100% Bid Drawings and 539-21-211 100% Bid Specs respectively and both dated 10/28/2021. Amendment 4 did not contain the Drawings or Specs dated 10/28/2021 and we have not received the updated drawings to date. The most recent drawing available is dated 7/30/2021 from Amendment 1. Could the updated Drawings and Specifications be posted? Could the bid due date be extended to allow adequate review of the bid documents?

A3: Please reference A2, which addresses the drawings and specifications concerns. The Bid Opening date is being extended with this Amendment.

Q4: Do you need the original, signed bid bond in your hand before accepting our emailed proposal?  Or, can we also email the bid bond and mail the original?

A4: A copy of the Bid Bond can be sent electronically with the bid, but will also need the original to be mailed to the address in the IFB so the original copy can be filed.
