Contractors to be deem responsive, must attend mandatory site visit or have an authorized representative attend the site visit. Contractors who do not attend the scheduled site visit will be considered to be non-responsive. Contractors shall be required to sign in on a sign in log. All questions will be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), Mr. Pete Nissen (peter.nissen@us.army.mil 509-577-3500) at the site visit, answers will be oral. Questions concerning Statement of Work shall be answered by the COR during site visit. Questions regarding contract administration shall be answered by the Contract Specialist.
