Interested parties must provide their company name, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE code, company size status, and whether they are U.S. or foreign-owned. The contractor will be permitted to sell merchandise related to the aircraft and performance but cannot solicit donations or imply Department of Defense endorsement. The contract timeline spans the three-day air show period from October 31 through November 2, 2025, with strict security requirements including background checks and base access procedures that must be completed prior to the event.
