The Robley Rex VAMC has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 603-24-101 Correct Physical Security Deficiencies in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings.

The project includes general construction, alterations, and removal of existing structures necessary to protect the main facility's data connection from vehicle-borne threats while maintaining the area's aesthetic integrity. The Add Alternate includes work associated with the electrical switchyard fence, PIV reader installation, and security bars to address identified physical security deficiencies.

NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M.

The estimate range of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00

This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 14, as Seal Bidding selection process. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by May 6, 2025.
