The Lexington VA Healthcare System has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 596-20-104 - Refinish Connecting Corridors in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings.

The project work will include general construction, alterations, and selective demolition at the Franklin R. Sousley Campus.

NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M.

The estimate range of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00

This requirement will be procured by way of FAR Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by September 5, 2025.
