The contract will consist of five one-year ordering periods, though no specific award value is mentioned in the pre-solicitation notice. No funds have been currently authorized or appropriated for this effort, and the government emphasizes that this sources sought notice does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of contract award. Potential offerors are advised that the VA will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this market research request.
