About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking interested offerors for a potential succeeding lease for the Phoenix Vet Center, where the VA currently leases 6,595 rentable square feet of space. The VA's current lease expires on September 15, 2026, and the agency is interested in considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous. However, the VA will otherwise pursue a sole source acquisition. Interested offerors must propose a lease for up to a five-year firm term, provide a minimum of 6,595 rentable square feet, offer on-site parking for at least 18 vehicles (2 ADA compliant), and locate the property within a delineated area of Phoenix. Offerors must submit detailed information about the proposed property, including address, cost, parking, availability, and documentation demonstrating compliance with the VA's requirements, to the Lease Contract Officer, Jason Call, via email by October 17, 2024. This is not a solicitation for offer or request for proposal, and the VA may issue a solicitation at a later date.

There is no set-aside designation for this procurement, and the VA has not identified any potential incumbents or current contractors. The VA has not provided any information about possible award values or budget ranges, nor have they specified a quantity of goods or timeline for services. The key focus of this Pre-solicitation notice is to gather information from interested offerors regarding their ability to meet the VA's requirements for a succeeding lease for the Phoenix Vet Center.
