Deliverables include a personnel roster within 15 calendar days of award, a safety plan addressing hazard assessments, training, emergency response, and accident reporting, and mishap reports due within one hour of incidents exceeding $2,000 in damage. Contractor personnel must not provide personal services to the Government. No award value or period of performance is stated.
