The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation – Acquisition Division intends to issue Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Steambank Stabilization – along N. Taylor Hollow Road and Olney Run Road, located in inWindsor Township, Morgan County, Ohio.
