This procurement is not set aside for any specific business category and will be awarded on an other than full and open competitive basis. Wind River Sales Co. of New Castle, Delaware, is the identified sole source vendor for this software requirement. While specific award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, the procurement is categorized under NAICS code 513210 for Software Publishers and PSC code 7A21 for IT and Telecom Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). Prospective contractors should note the additional requirement that new entities registering in SAM must submit a notarized letter identifying their authorized Entity Administrator, a process which may take several days.
