This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.

This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $39.5M.  Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to execute the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) on Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri.  Projects consist of multi-disciplined construction projects involving design, repair, renovation, alteration, or new construction of real property, or singular design projects on Whiteman AFB.  This will be a Multiple Award Task Order Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.  Whiteman has a target award of three (3) awardees who will compete for task orders, which will be issued against the contract on a firm fixed price basis.  The contract will consist of a base ordering period of 5 years, with two 2-year option years for a total of 9 years.  The contract magnitude is between $100 Million and $250 Million.  It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or around 24 February 2020 on beta.Sam.gov posting system at https://beta.sam.gov/

No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.  It is your responsibility to monitor beta.SAM.gov website for changes to the solicitation.  The solicitation and associated information will only be available from beta.SAM.gov website at https://beta.sam.gov/.  Beta.SAM.gov is a web based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition related information for all Federal agencies.
