Prior USACE-approved herbicides include Telar XP, Roundup Custom, Polaris SP, Garlon 3A, Oust XP, Milestone, Dyne-Amic, and Ranger Pro; alternative EPA-approved herbicides require Contracting Officer's Representative approval. Performance standards mandate 100% timeliness compliance and 90% weed eradication as acceptable quality level. Insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation per statutory limits, Employers' Liability minimum $100,000, Comprehensive Automobile Liability minimum $200,000 per person/$500,000 per occurrence, and Property Damage minimum $20,000 per occurrence.
