About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement with Firm-Fixed-Price ordering provisions to Defense Maritime Solutions, Chesapeake, Virginia, for waterjet support services on the Littoral Combat Ship Independence Variant, with award anticipated prior to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027. Scope encompasses four waterjets per ship and ancillary equipment: hydraulic power unit, waterjet control unit, and power take-off pumps. Work is classified under PSC R425 (Support–Professional: Engineering/Technical) and NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services).
Though this is a sole-source procurement, interested parties may submit written responses to anthony.v.ricciardi2.civ@us.navy.mil and michael.karamisakis.civ@us.navy.mil to identify interest and capability. The Government will consider all information received to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement; any decision not to compete remains solely within the Government's discretion.
