About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency seeks a water purification system with reverse osmosis capability for hemodialysis applications, with quotations due July 21, 2026, at 10:00 am HST. This procurement is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside issued as a request for quotation (RFQ HT941026QE020) for firm fixed-price award.
Place of performance is Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, with delivery required by September 30, 2026. The system must deliver 35 gallons per minute of reverse osmosis water, include a storage tank of 180 gallons or larger, water softener, circulating loop, ultraviolet light, and endotoxin filters, and not exceed 110 by 110 by 69 inches. The system must support two Getinge S-8668 washer disinfectors (40 gallons/hour), two Steris Corp Innowave Pro ultrasonics (8.4 gallons/hour), and one Amsco 33 triple basin wash sink (15 gallons/hour), operating at 120V and meeting ST-108 compliance. A one-year manufacturer warranty is required. The NAICS code is 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing.
Quoters must self-identify as either Tier 1 (Korean Local Source) or Tier 2 (U.S./Off-Shore Source) on the cover page in compliance with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement and USFK Regulation 715-2; failure to clearly identify tier status renders the quote non-responsive. Submissions consist of three separate volumes (Administrative, Technical, and Price) sent to susan.m.fujita.civ@health.mil. Award goes to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quoter. Payment occurs only upon receipt and acceptance, with no partial payments unless approved by the Property Book Officer or Contracting Officer. Contractors must comply with healthcare program exclusion requirements, HIPAA and Privacy Act obligations, and breach notification procedures including immediate reporting to the DHA Privacy Office and US-CERT.
