The procurement falls under NAICS code 562111 (Solid Waste Collection) and PSC code S205 (Housekeeping- Trash/Garbage Collection), indicating standard commercial waste management services. Requirements will be detailed in a statement of work that will accompany the formal RFQ release. Potential contractors must register at beta.sam.gov to receive notifications and access solicitation materials. The due date for this pre-solicitation notice is September 10, 2025, though this appears to be the deadline for the current pre-solicitation phase rather than the final quote submission deadline.
This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations, making it open to full and open competition among all qualified contractors. The anticipated contract duration is twelve months, providing a standard annual service agreement for waste collection services. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the pre-solicitation notice. Budget ranges or estimated contract values are not disclosed at this pre-solicitation stage.
