About this opportunity
The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool to Dewberry Engineers Inc. for $49 million on June 30, 2026, establishing miscellaneous architect-engineer services under the READI (Responsive Emergency Action for Disaster and Infrastructure) contract.
The MATOC pool has a five-year ordering period with no options and a target of four firms total, though this award represents one of those positions. Services fall under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services). While primarily intended for Savannah District projects within its area of responsibility, the pool may be used by other USACE districts with Savannah District PCO approval; design services obtained through such use must apply to projects within the Savannah District area of responsibility, with Savannah District retaining full contracting officer authority. The award was made under full and open competition in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11 and FAR 36.6 (Architect-Engineer Statute).
