AS OF 22 JULY 22
This is Responses to the RFI W91151-22-B-0014
1. QUESTION
Is it possible for me to gain access to the exterior road that follows the fence this afternoon? I’ll presume seeing through the fence is possible. Do I need a pass to transit, and review the project visually along the road outside the fence?
ANSWER:
The answer is yes, provided the gates are open, which depends on if the airfield is conducting special operations. They also cannot use photography aimed within the flight line. If they drive off the pavement, they may also be stopped.
2. Question
May the Contractors Superintendent be a working Superintended that also functions as the SSHO and CQC?
ANSWERS
8.7. The Contractor shall provide a Construction Quality Control (CQC) System Manager. The CQC System Manager may be assigned other duties in addition to the duties required as CQC System Manager. CQC System Manager may also be the SSHO, Project Manager, or Lead Trades person. The CQC and Site Superintendent may not be the same person. The CQC may not be delegated o subcontractor. The Contractor shall also provide an alternate CQC System Manager. The alternate CQC System Manager may not be delegated to the subcontractor.
