Update #3 ·
As per the solicitation, we are instructed to include a statement certifying that all employees will, for the life of the resultant contract, hold the same or better qualifications and certifications than those proposed in their technical quote.
Does the highlighted section of this instruction indirectly mandates proposing key personnel?
If that s the case, are we to include resumes? Or a list of the potential personnel that will be assigned to the performance of the project.
Answer: Per the Submission Instructions, only a statement certifying that all employees will, for the life of the resultant contract, hold the same or better qualifications and certifications than those proposed in their technical quote is required.
Furthermore, one of our trusted subcontractors, has provided us with 2 quotes. The first meeting the exact specifications you have requested, and a second one with the recommended units for each building to support the correctional work in the best way possible.
I am wondering if it would be acceptable to forward the same suggestions in our quote, since the multiple offers text was not deleted in the ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES
