Notice text
The primary goal of the activity is to increase access to high quality VMMC services for youth and adult men aged 10-49 year old by ensuring that focus districts of Blantyre, Chiradzulu, Mulanje and Phalombe have the training, enhanced service delivery models, human resources and other systems needed to provide this key HIV prevention intervention.
The purpose of the Task Order is to obtain the services of a Contractor to implement a Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Scale Up activity in selected districts in Southern Malawi. The Contractor will do this through the Technical Assistance Support Contract 4, Africa (TASC4 AFRICA) Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). This VMMC service delivery is an HIV prevention strategy and managed by USAID/Malawi's Health, Population and Nutrition (HPN) Office.
