This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5: Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) has a requirement in support of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and the NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) for the development of virtual machines that will host hands-on exercises that apply the concepts taught in cybersecurity courses at the NATO School Oberammergau (NSO).
