About this opportunity
The Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has issued a Special Notice announcing Virtual and Onsite Industry Day events for Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (ITDOSS). The announcement covers three separate events: a virtual session on August 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams, and two onsite events on August 13, 2025, at FLETC Glynco, Georgia, and August 20, 2025, at FLETC Artesia, New Mexico, both running from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This initiative is designed to engage with Information Technology Services industry vendors ahead of an upcoming ITDOSS solicitation. The events will provide a platform for information sharing and stakeholder engagement between FLETC and potential contractors. FLETC emphasizes that this announcement does not constitute a contract commitment or guarantee of future procurement opportunities.
The primary purpose of these Industry Day events is to provide vendors with information about the upcoming ITDOSS solicitation and facilitate a forum for feedback and high-level questions with FLETC program managers. All interested parties must pre-register by emailing Lynda Bush, the Contracting Officer, at lynda.a.bush@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025, providing company information, attendee details, contact information, and citizenship status. Attendance is limited to two participants per vendor for onsite locations, while the virtual event has no participation limits. Onsite participants must also complete a FLETC Visitor Form, Section A only. The government will not provide meals, beverages, or reimbursement for travel expenses, and vendors may submit questions in advance to the Contracting Officer. The applicable NAICS code for this opportunity has not yet been finalized.
