Refer to Clause D.6.2(a) and change the following: The second sentence of paragraph (2) below is incorrect. Both the daily rate AND minimum daily guarantee for the transport WILL be considered in the formula for ranking. Formulas for ranking are as follows:
DOZERS: Advantage Points/(Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee)
EXCAVATORS: Daily Rate + Transport Minimum Daily Guarantee
Under D.6.2(c)(1), change third sentence to read as follows: The total points for each resources advantage are then divided by the daily rate plus transport minimum daily guarantee resulting in dispatch priority with the highest total advantage per dollar being ranked highest on the dispatch list.
Under D.6.2(c)(2), change the second sentence to read as follows: The price will be based on the daily rate and transport minimum daily guarantee with the lowest price being ranked highest on the dispatch list.
