Update #5 · Latest ·

Refer to D.16 and replace the second paragraph with the following:

It is each vendors responsibility to select/contact one of the MOU Inspection Providers to make arrangements for the mechanical and compliance inspection and to pay for the cost for this service. Cost of the inspection(s) will not be posted, therefore, you will need to make contact with the inspection provider to determine pricing. The MOU Inspection Provider will promptly notify Fire Contract Operations of equipment that has been inspected as well as meets all mechanical and compliance requirements of the agreement. Equipment inspections, including any necessary reinspection resulting from a failed initial inspection, shall be completed by MAY 1, 2015. Awards will be made in MAY 2015; the DPL will be published on JUNE 1, 2015.

NOTE: If your equipment is not inspected by MAY 1, 2015, you may receive an award under this solicitation, however, your resources will be suspended for the 2015 season. Equipment inspected after May 1, 2015 (during the 2015 season) may be utilized under an Incident Only EERA (Emergency Equipment Rental Agreement), however, the EERA will be limited to the 90% report rate, and not the rate quoted in your VIPR agreement. Your resources will be reinstated for 2016 if they are inspected by May 1, 2016.
