The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Hood is procuring maintenance and calibration services for a Multi-Shaker Vibration Chamber System. This solicitation is a women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside with a planned sole-source award to the current contractor, Spectral Dynamics Inc., located at 1500 Wiatt Road, Suite Santa Clara, California 95054. The contract is structured as a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods on a Firm Fixed Price basis, with all pricing required to be fully burdened to include labor, overhead, parts, materials, travel, and lodging across the base and each option year. 1. Offers shall be received prior to the closing date and time identified on SF 1449 ( 29 April 2026 by 1200 MDT) to the following address:

4. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing.
Offerors are required to submit a completed SF1449 including acknowledgement of Amendments.
The SF1449 shall be completed in full submitted with block 30b, and 30c filled in and a signature in block 30a of the form. SF1449 cannot be excepted without being signed.
Price/Cost should be annotated on page 2,3 and 4 of the 1449 and each CLIN shall be fully burdened to include, but not be limited to labor, overhead, parts, materials, travel, lodging, etc for the entire base plus each option period.
The contractor shall perform the following general functions: provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Vibration Chamber System Maintenance & Calibration for the Multi Shaker System. Additional requirements include developing, fabricating, reconfiguring and installing several subsystems to meet the requirements and specifications of this contract including performing the required services IAW the requirements listed in the Preventative Maintenance Program for the Multi-Shaker system, maintenances manuals and warranty requirements and provide all service replacement parts, filters, oils, and seals as required.
