About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for veterinary pharmaceuticals and veterinary medical supplies. MEDCOM has a requirement to source and provide these items to organizations across the enterprise who cannot currently obtain them from a mandatory source or government purchase card. The contractor must have the ability to sub-contract and obtain multiple sources to fully meet the order requirements and mission needs of the supported organizations. Interested parties must demonstrate their capability to source the listed items, provide shipping coverage across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and specify their average turnaround time from order placement. This is an information-only notice and not a request for competitive proposals. Responses should be provided directly to the point of contact by the closing date.
This pre-solicitation does not include any set-aside designations. The potential value and duration of the resulting IDIQ contract are not provided. The attached government file lists over 200 specific veterinary pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, identified by generic drug names, concentrations/doses, units of issue, and National Stock Numbers, that the contractor must be able to source and supply.
