Unit shall provide sufficiently dry air that the internal relative humidity stays at or below 50% at a temperature of 70 degrees, F. The existing ductwork supplies Fan Coil Units 1 to 21 most being located on the first floor of the building. Additional supply ducting shall be added to provide conditioned air to the basement air handler AHU-3 (intake is located behind existing AAON unit). Remove any existing lovers/obstructions in the exterior wall. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK SECTION FOR FURHTER DETAILS.
