About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division, under the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command, is seeking repair services for five Rohde & Schwarz Vector Network Analyzers (Model ZNB40-N). The solicitation, issued February 24, 2026, requires diagnosis and repair of documented failures including power output issues across multiple frequencies (12GHz through 26.5GHz), linearity failures, directivity issues, and cable amplitude stability problems. All units must be restored to like-new condition with full calibration and a 12-month warranty provided. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to solicitation requirements and demonstrates fair and reasonable pricing, with evaluation based on price analysis as the primary criterion. The deadline for submission of quotes is March 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time, and this represents the only solicitation; no additional written solicitation will be issued.
This procurement carries a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside designation. Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is identified as the intended sole source awardee, though the Government reserves the right to consider quotes from any responsible sources registered in SAM. The specific Vector Network Analyzers requiring repair have serial numbers 101129, 101130, 101108, 101136, and 101139, organized under five separate contract line items with a firm fixed price arrangement. The contractor must complete all repairs and deliver the units within 60 calendar days from the date of award. Performance of services will take place at NSWC Corona Division in Norco, California, with inspection occurring at Marine Corps Air Station Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity in Beaufort, South Carolina, and final acceptance at NSWC Corona. All five units must be awarded to a single offeror; partial quotes will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
