Additional requirements include pressure washing capabilities, in-cab camera visibility with a minimum 7-inch color monitor, DOT, ANSI, and OSHA compliance, LED warning lights, backup alarm, and rear-view camera. Respondents must submit capability statements and courtesy market research quotes to Contract Specialist Amber Whisenhunt at amber.whisenhunt1@va.gov by the March 11, 2026 deadline at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and the Government will not notify respondents of evaluation results or pay for submitted information.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is classified as an unrestricted, open market acquisition on a firm-fixed price basis. No incumbent contractor or award value is specified in the Sources Sought Notice, though the requirement is for a single unit delivery to the Vancouver VA Medical Center at 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98661. The procurement falls under Product Service Code 3825 (Road Clearing, Cleaning, and Marking Equipment) and NAICS Code 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing). The Sources Sought Notice will be archived 30 days after the March 11, 2026 response deadline, and results will be used to inform set-aside determinations for any subsequent formal solicitation.
