Proposals must be submitted by April 20, 2026 at 08:00 AM local time to miracle.m.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil, with clarification questions due no later than two business days prior to the closing date. All submissions must include technical capability documentation, a completed Standard Form 1449 with pricing information, and executed Representations and Certifications.
This solicitation is designated as a 100 percent Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, restricting competition to responsible small business vendors capable of supplying the exact brandname TESCOM part. No incumbent contractor or current award value is identified in the solicitation documentation. The requirement calls for delivery of six pressure regulator valves with a required delivery date of May 8, 2026, and all items will be delivered FOB destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Building 276, Portsmouth, Virginia. The acquisition is conducted under simplified acquisition threshold procedures and supports the Nuclear Engineering organization for fiscal year 2026. Packaging must comply with ASTM-D-3951-18, and inspection and acceptance will occur at both the contractor's facility and the shipyard destination.
