About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Oklahoma City is procuring hydraulic valve plates through solicitation SPRTA1-25-Q-0471, specifically seeking RH Port Plates designed to control charge pressure in pump and motor systems. The procurement targets National Stock Number 1650-01-674-2139 and requires new manufactured materials meeting commercial product standards under NAICS code 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing). The current requirement calls for 106 units, though the solicitation accommodates a quantity range of 27-159 units depending on actual needs. The solicitation was issued on September 17, 2025, with proposals due by October 17, 2025, providing contractors with a 30-day response window. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted through the Wide Area Workflow system, and contractors must provide a Certificate of Conformance with their deliveries.

This procurement operates as an unrestricted competition with no set-aside designations, making it available to all qualified contractors meeting the 1,250-employee size standard for the applicable NAICS category. The contract will be funded through fiscal year 2026 appropriations, and no awards can be executed until those funds become available to the government. Delivery is required by March 4, 2027, to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma located at Tinker Air Force Base. The solicitation falls below the simplified acquisition threshold, which allowed the agency to waive the standard synopsis requirements under FAR 5.202(a)(13) since the complete package remains accessible through the Government Point of Entry and permits electronic responses from offerors.
