Additionally, contractors must demonstrate compliance with security prohibitions and exclusions per Class Deviation 2026-O0025, and all proposals should be submitted electronically to Nikolin.Toroveci@DLA.mil rather than via facsimile.

No set-aside designations have been applied to this procurement. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period for noncomplex supplies with a 45-day defect discovery window, and contractors must provide item unique identification and valuation documentation. While specific award values and quantity details are not explicitly stated in the solicitation notice, the opportunity is being issued under Emergency Authority with synopsis waived based on urgency, indicating time-sensitive procurement needs. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) delivery and shipping instructions apply, with payment processing handled through the Wide Area Workflow system using invoice and receiving report combinations. Performance requirements include compliance with transportation of supplies by sea regulations and identification of any critical safety items in accordance with DFARS clause 252.209-7010.
