About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit a sole-source contract for a globe valve (NSN 7H-4820-016615967-X5) with a response deadline of October 5, 2026. Delivery is required to two DLA Distribution locations: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania (W25G1U, W1A8) and San Joaquin, Tracy, California (W62G2T, W1A8). Quantity is two units. The source is identified as Technical Data Package version 002.
The Government will accept all responsible-source proposals, quotations, and capability statements received within 45 days of notice publication (or 30 days if award issues under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement). Interested parties may also identify commercial-item alternatives within 15 days of this notice. The Government reserves discretion to conduct competitive procurement based on responses received. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies are not being applied to this procurement.
