The US Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville (CEHNC), Alabama, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for - Professional Utility Rate Analytical Services and Assistance for Installations in Competing for Utilities - at various installations to be determined in the future. The Government intends to evaluate and award in accordance with the criteria set out in the RFP. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541618 is applicable to this acquisition.
Contact regarding the requirements set forth in the RFP shall be made only with the Contracting Office. Discussions or information obtained via other methods may make your firm ineligible for award if such method is deemed to be a Conflict of Interest or a violation of the Procurement Integrity Act. Any questions pertaining to the RFP shall be submitted in writing no later than 10:00 AM Central Time, May 22, 2013, to Mr. Andrew Choat, Contract Specialist, by email at andrew.r.choat@usace.army.mil, or to Ms. Barbara L.
