The Utah Hill location requires the vendor to conduct a pre-proposal site visit in order to submit a quote. The Red Spur location can be quoted without a site visit and based upon the attachments in the solicitation.

Exact specifications for each location is outlined in the line items on the SF1449 form. Also attached are all relevant diagrams and drawings.

***Please note that this requirement will be awarded on a best value to the Government basis - see the evaluation criteria in the solicitation package.***

The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a need to establish a contract for providing Lightning Grounding services for 2 separate locations in Utah in accordance with the Motorola 2005 Revised R56 standards.. The two locations include Utah Hill near St. George, Utah in Washington County and the Red Spur location west of Randolph, Utah in Rich County. There will be a site visit required for the Utah Hill project which will occur on or around 9/1/2010. The exact time and contact person for the site visit will be outlined in the solicitation. The requirement will be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The NAICS number for this procurement is 238990. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 23, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by September 7, 2010 8 am MST. Offerors are required to obtain a DUN and Bradstreet (DUNS) number (www.dnb.com) and register with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Prospective offerors are required to visit this website (www.fedconnect.net) periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents.
