The work requires welding per drawing 009-012, new gasket installation per specification A-A-59588B, lubrication of operating mechanisms, chalk and air hose testing with zero allowable leakage, operational testing through four complete cycles with no binding or sticking, and cleaning per drawing 009-032, all performed to NAVSEA Standard Drawing 803-1623056 Rev K and referenced standards.

Award will be made on simplified acquisition threshold procedures using lowest total price as the sole evaluation criterion.
